Role Overview:
As an integral part of our team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of our company. Working closely with the management team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining precise and up-to-date financial records. We’re seeking a candidate with a background in accounting and finance, equipped with strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations
- Accurately record and document financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of payments and receipts
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements)
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities
- Monitor and oversee accounts receivable and payable, including collection of payments from clients
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities when necessary
- Offer financial advice and support to the management team
- Manage cheque deposits and maintain strong banking relations
- Prepare for payroll activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (completed or in progress)
- 1+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Profound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software and tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid license
Working Hours:
- Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Employment Details:
- 3 months’ probationary period.
- 1.5-year contract upon successful completion of probation.
