Job Description:
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person interactions.
- Identify and resolve client queries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all client communications and details.
- Build and sustain long-term business relationships with clients.
- Respond to client queries professionally and within specified timelines.
- Assist in the hiring process and guide team members and recruits.
- Provide clients with relevant information on company products and services.
- Identify and propose promotional/marketing offers to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly/yearly revenue targets.
- Conduct on-site visits as needed.
- Draft and negotiate the terms and conditions outlined in client service agreements.
- Working Hours:
- Sunday to Thursday: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
