Job Description:

  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person interactions.
  • Identify and resolve client queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client communications and details.
  • Build and sustain long-term business relationships with clients.
  • Respond to client queries professionally and within specified timelines.
  • Assist in the hiring process and guide team members and recruits.
  • Provide clients with relevant information on company products and services.
  • Identify and propose promotional/marketing offers to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly/yearly revenue targets.
  • Conduct on-site visits as needed.
  • Draft and negotiate the terms and conditions outlined in client service agreements.

 

  • Working Hours:
    • Sunday to Thursday: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
    • Friday: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM

    Salary:

    • Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
