Position Available: Social Media Manager

At Eyecore Digital, we’re expanding our reach and impact through strategic digital presence, and we’re on the lookout for a talented Social Media Manager to drive our social media strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals and branding objectives.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various channels to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy, implementing relevant changes as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports to measure the success of social media campaigns.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and cultivate a positive brand image.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Proficiency in utilizing social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling and engaging content.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, tracking, and reporting methods.
- Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Office Hours
Working Hours:
- Sunday to Thursday: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Includes a 45-minute lunch break
Employment Details:
- Initial probationary period of 3 months.
- Potential for a 1-year or longer contract based on performance review.
